What to include
We read everything, and the more detail you give, the faster we can help.
Bug reports
Tell us your browser, device, the ticker and time range you were riding, and what happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps enormously — most bugs are far easier to fix once we can see them.
Track requests
Name a ticker you think deserves to be rideable. If the data exists on a public market-data provider, we can probably make it terrain. Tell us why it would be a fun ride — a famous squeeze, a brutal drawdown, a vertical melt-up — and it's more likely to jump the queue.
Feedback on the physics
Tell us if the handling feels too floaty or too punishing, or if a particular chart rides badly. We tune the bike based on what riders report, and concrete examples ("the 5-year GME track launches me off the squeeze cliff every time") are gold.

What we can't help with
